Our service is always free to you—you will never be charged a fee by Clear Path Consumer Group for using our matching service.

Clear Path Consumer Group makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding any specific results, savings amounts, loan approvals, interest rates, debt reductions, or other outcomes from using our Services or from working with any of our partners. Individual results vary significantly based on your unique financial circumstances, credit history, income, debt levels, geographic location, and other factors as determined by the applicable third-party partner. Past results achieved by other consumers are not indicative of future results.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYMPLE PATH LENDING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH THIRD-PARTY LENDING PARTNERS, DEBT CONSOLIDATION COMPANIES, OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Path Consumer Group and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (e) any information you provide to us or to our partners.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clear Path Consumer Group with respect to your use of the Site and Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Clear Path Consumer Group.
